Membership
All homeowners are mandatory members in the Wedgewood Property Owners Association (POA) and must abide by the mandates set forth in the Covenants, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. Membership is currently limited to these properties because legally every member must conform to the POA covenants and design guidelines.
2023 WEDGEWOOD POA DUES | FRIDAY, MARCH 31, 2023
As promised, Wedgewood POA dues will remain the same at $161.00/year. The annual invoice statement will be sent out soon, so be sure to look for this in your mailbox.

In accordance with the rules of the National Automated Clearing House (ACH), information from the check sent with this payment may be used to create an electronic debit to your account. The electronic debit on your statement is valid as proof of payment.

- Newsletter (included with dues invoice)

- Enforces covenants and design guidelines to promote property values
- Social events, such as a neighborhood garage sale, neighborhood cleanups, etc.
